MSI Titan 18 HX has everything that’s why it is the overall best gaming laptop in terms of performance, and we’ll be honest, it should. We tested the model priced at Rs 4,51,692 ($5399), which may be quite expensive for some people. Other than powerful performance, an excellent 18-inch screen, and a clicky mechanical keyboard.
The Intel Core i9-14900HX processor and Graphics Processor Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU are all powerful, though they immediately don’t offer a huge bump over previous generations. But with 128 GB of RAM and 4 TB of SSD storage, there’s plenty of room for games and more memory than you’ll ever need for gaming. The 14th Generation Intel Core Processor doesn’t have any huge performance gain over 13th Generation of Process laptops, but MSI Titan 18 Hx performed really great in some of our difficult tests, like running games — Cyberpunk 2077.
MSI is using a Cherry MX mechanical keyboard
- The keyboard, it’s clicky and comfortable
- It’s a luxury for typing and gaming
- Although it’s unfortunate that MSI doesn’t also use these switches for number and arrow keys.
MSI 18 inch (45.72 cm) LED Display
- It covers over 112.4 % of the DCI — P3 color gamut
- It measured an incredibly bright 559 nits with our light meter.
MSI does have a great LED display, due to these games and movies look excellent on this HDR display. MSI Titan 18 HX has come as close to cramming a desktop into a laptop framework as possible. At last, we would like to suggest you that this laptop is for those people:
- who don’t have a separate room
- don’t want a big setup like desktop
- Overall, it’s best many ways, assuming if you can afford it.

Acer’s Nitro 16 has often made it to the list and as the budget gaming laptop, replacing the old Nitro 5, delivers the entry level power of RTX 4070 and a Ryzen 5 7640s, but with some fine post you can get it under $1,000 (Rs. 83,835.50).
Acer Nitro 16 has enough power for today’s games at the system’s native 1920 x 1200. The laptop offers a battery life of 9:00 hours, which beat other laptops. The webcam isn’t that amazing, and Acer had a habit of putting too much bloatware on laptops that you’ll spend more time in uninstalling. But getting 4 USB under $1,000, alongside a solid screen and decent performance for the price makes it a great choice for someone who’s budget is $1,000.
