God of War Ragnarok was only announced in September last year, it was being told that the game is set to release sometime in 2021. Despite only a teaser trailer nothing more has been given. However, based on some upcoming God of war releases, as well as the game release, a gameplay trailer will be shared soon.
God of War Ragnarok was being announced less than 6 months ago, and it’s already become one of the biggest games to release in 2021. The game will be the sequel to 2018’s God of War, and the expectations are already very high.
However, there are not many details available right now. The game is targeted to release in 2021, though the gameplay footage will be released soon.
The Last of Us Part 2’s sound designer Beau Anthony Jimenez was being hired earlier this month, all suggest that game is heavily underway. While in the delay have been increasingly common due to COVID – 19 Pandemic, but the current progress tells us that game might be releasing this year only.
When will God of War Ragnarok Gameplay be revealed?
A gameplay trailer may be featured during Sony’s next state of play, which seems like a good time to show off a big name title like the God of War sequel. So far Sony hasn’t confirmed any State of Play.
Another important aspect to consider is God of War: Fallen God from Dark Horse Comics will be releasing on 10th March 2021, maybe the gameplay footage of God of War Ragnarok could be released at the same time.
It’s more likely that footage for Ragnarok will be saved for later, to not steal the God of War: Fallen God proverbial thunder. That means we might have to wait until April or May 2021 to see actual gameplay from God of War Ragnarok.
For now, there’s no official confirmation on when we will the gameplay footage being shown. However, the teaser trailer did reveal that the game will be releasing in 2021, so the footage may be shown sooner or later.
